Titanus Behemoth is a primordial Earth guardian classified under ancient arboreal megafauna. He slept undisturbed for millennia inside Monarch Outpost 54 located in a cavern beneath the Rio de Janeiro rainforest in Brazil.

In ancient South American folklore, he was revered as Mapinguari—the mythical guardian spirit of forests and botanical regeneration. Awakened by King Ghidorah's global call in 2019, Behemoth broke containment and later submitted to Godzilla in Boston.
