Super X3 of the Heisei era (スーパーX3, Sūpā Ekkusu Surī) stands as the ultimate, undefeated technological masterpiece of the Japan Self-Defense Forces (JSDF). Unlike its predecessors (the 1984 Super X fortress and the 1989 remote-controlled Super X2), Super X3 is a manned, supersonic lifting-body stealth aircraft finished in heat-resistant olive-green titanium, commanded by the returning Captain Sho Kuroki. Specifically engineered to neutralize nuclear disasters, Super X3 is armed with a 1,000,000-volt Ultra-Cold Cadmium Laser Cannon and cryogenic cadmium missiles capable of plunging targets to minus 200 degrees Celsius. The craft achieved two historic triumphs: freezing Burning Godzilla solid at Bungo Channel to delay global meltdown, and executing the synchronized aerial cryogenic barrage that shattered Destoroyah over Tokyo.
